This is an amazing health food! I got this information from a book called “Superfoods For Optimum Health – Chlorellas & Spirulina” by Mike Adams. It is a great read. Look at what it can do. With heavy-metal toxicity high on the list of doomsday topics, I am now taking Chlorella in liquid form. It detoxifies the body and tastes great. I put a teaspoon in a glass of water and drink. I do this a few times a day.
