I’ve had colitis for 30+ years, there is no simple answer. Try everything, stay away from doctors, they are total idiots on the subject and you’ll burn up every dime on their poisonous pharmaceuticals that make things worse. There are things you need to talk to yourself in a mirror honestly about. What are you EATING? Donuts, beer, coffee, candy, no living fruits and veggies, you’re going to run into trouble living like that. You need to control candida yeast in your gut by taking probiotics. I would stay away from anything made by the company that makes Primal Defense, as they use HSO soil organisms that have never had human long term clinical trials. I took that stuff for a year and had a horrible gut event that put me in bed nearly a year; I read that some had this same kind of thing after using their products for that long. Don’t be some guinea pig for a company making radical claims and claiming God directed them to do this work.

What helps me is staying away from crap food, eat greens, veggies, not much sweet fruit, not much salt, no BEER, no candy. Candida Quick Cleanse by Zand knocks down Candida problems real fast. Take probiotics, stay off dairy. If you have a bad flare up drink Aloe vera juice as it is an antinflammatory and will loosen stools if you’re constipated. Turmeric from Oregon Harvest, four caps of that twice a day will knock down inflammation really well. Flax oil is good to take, anti-inflammatory too.

Be aware there are people paid by pharmaceutical companies to post on forums supporting alternative health methods to SCARE you, “quack watch” websites are funded by big pharma pure and simple. They want total control over anything you put in your body and they want to keep you sick. You your BRAIN and be SMART, try things out that others say works, but be careful. The hysteria over MMS being some miracle health tonic made some people sick who didn’t read the directions, took it far too long and too much and made themselves sicker, people took it who weren’t even sick! Don’t be one of those people ;-)

Drink LOTS of water, if you’re walking around always partially hydrated this is real bad for you gut. Don’t drink chlorinated, fluoridated TAP WATER, you’ll make yourself sick from that alone!!! I have had colitis for the last 20years .Last october i had a bad flare up. I took steroids, imuran and what not.Finally i took the probiotc Primal defence along with slippery elm and boswellia serretta and i am in remmission for the last six months.I feel like my pre colitis days.I think every one must try this.

medical professionals will never validate anything that does not feed their wallets. that goes for both western and natural medicines. as long as there is money to be made, the cures will be hard to come by. it just makes too much sense to think otherwise. money money money.

If this is real, then put it in a clinical trial with a control group and a variable group and publish the results.

Then we can talk about this as if it were a legitimate treatment.

FYI I am posting this while sitting in a hospital, receiving a treatment for my Colitis. So, I would like it to be true, but I also want it to be proven to medical professionals.

My sister recommended drinking alkaline water instead of bottled water. Something aboutchanging body pH or something to that effect is supposed to alot more health for you.

There are many simple cures to many simple things that people don’t believe because the media and the major drug corporations don’t want you to know. If simple cures replaced drug therapies, those corporations would no longer make money, would they? Some drug corporations are the biggest and most powerful companies in the USA.

That said, this blog post is just a suggestion and the therapies it includes are all natural so even if it doesn’t work, there is no harm in trying.
