Some people have found that supplementing the amino acid Taurine can help with seizures. It is best to get the advice of a nutritionist or doctor familiar with nutrition to supervise this.
In my experience magnesium also helps with muscle spasms. My mother used to have them a lot, then she was advised to take magnesium supplement, and the spasms went away.
Magnesium truly is the body’s “master mineral.” Without it, so many other minerals cannot be properly used in the body.
