My two sisters have just had a virus where they had vertigo. I looked it up and this is what I found. Let me know if any of you try these and if they work.

Tried this after reading and I must say it’s a good addition to my current remedy of Eply Remedy and vertigo remedy. Is there any alternatives you could suggest? It would definitely be helpful to me as I’ve been suffering with vertigo for a few months now. :(
